Your acceptance by the entity you represent and \u201cyou\u201d and \u201cyour\u201d herein shall refer to such entity.<\/p><ol>\n<li><strong>Slot Availability: <\/strong>Venue partner must ensure the slot availability through the app calendar. Venue partner will be responsible for updating and ensuring accurate data of available booking slots.&nbsp;Slot bookings are not <strong>refundable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cancellation\/ Rescheduling: <\/strong>Bookings cannot be cancelled by Customer or venue owner but only rescheduled to another booking slot.
