Registration for Khelahobe is completely free and always will be free.

How to view past activities?
Go to your home page. All the activities will be in the home profile. Scroll down to get the past activities, if still you will not get it just contact us we will provide the past activities

Can I search by venues on the app?
Yes, Search via the accurate name

I cannot see any venues near my area? Why is that?
Restart your app and try again

What does the venue rating signify?

How to rate a venue or submit a feedback to the venue?
After Match you can rate the venue,

I had made an offline booking, can the issue be resolved through Khelahobe?
We will not be responsible for any issue related to ground booking/training/match played without Khelahobe.

I have an issue with a venue, how do I report?

There will be an option for feedback. Submit your issue there, we will get back to it sooner.

How do I Book a Venue?
Book a venue by going to the booking section

What does the green/red line signify while booking?

Green means the slot is available for booking red means the slot has been booked.

Can I book for more than one hour in advance?

Yes you can.

Is there a limit to the number of hours I can book at a particular venue?
There are no limit

Can I make multiple bookings in the same venue/day?
Yes You can

Can I make bookings for multiple days in one transaction?
Yes you can. Subject to availability

My bookings are not reflecting in the app after confirmation?

Do I need to show the booking ID at the venue before using the slot?
The Profile information will be sent, you can show your profile or booking id again as well if you want.

I need invoices/receipts for my past/upcoming bookings?
You can screenshot the booking screen or contact with us if you need receipt hard copy.

Can I move bookings from one venue to another?
Field booking can’t be changed

Can I make one booking on behalf of 4 people or more?
Yes you can, but one person (who is making the booking will be responsible)

If I don’t use the court will I get my money back?
There is no money back or cancel reservation policy. Only before 48 hours (two complete day) you can change the time or slot.
