Acceptance of Return & Rescheduling Policies All references to ‘you’ or ‘your’ as applicable means the person that accesses uses and/or participates in the KhelaHobe platform on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity. Your acceptance by the entity you represent and “you” and “your” herein shall refer to such entity.
- Slot Availability: Venue partner must ensure the slot availability through the app calendar. Venue partner will be responsible for updating and ensuring accurate data of available booking slots. Slot bookings are not refundable.
- Cancellation/ Rescheduling: Bookings cannot be cancelled by Customer or venue owner but only rescheduled to another booking slot. All rescheduling will be subject to availability of slots and must be notified before 24 hours.
